Formation Requirements

Directors and Shareholders must be resident in England or Wales. We will not form companies for deposit takers or public investment companies without evidence of FCA approval to provide these services.

Directors must be individuals, not Limited companies. A maximum of 1 company registration per person at this highly subsidised price. A maximum of 3 directors per company. We can only form companies for a director of the company, not for use by any third party.

We cannot form companies where a director resides in Scotland or Northern Ireland, as these require a Scottish or Northern Irish registered office address. Registration is for private limited companies only (ltd.). Not available to form LLP’s, CIC’s, Charities, or any other specialist structures.

The registered office address will be at our address. The operating address of the company is usually your home address or business address if you have one.
