Our requirements
You will need to read and select our registration requirements.
Complete the registration form
Then complete our simple registration form and upload photo ID, proof of address and a selfie.
Make payment
Using our secure payment system provided by Stripe.
Order confirmation emailed to you
Sent to you by one of our team before submitting to Companies House.
Digital company documents emailed to you
Companies House will review your registration and complete the formation within two working days (usually 24 hours).
Once incorporation is complete, we will email you the company documents (Certificate of Incorporation, Share Certificate & Memorandum and Articles).
